Defekty ve scintilátorových strukturách na bázi nitridů

Abstract

V této práci byl studován vliv nejčastějších defektů v InGaN/GaN scintilátorových heterostrukturách (CN, ZnGa, VGa a jejich komplexů) na jejich luminiscenční a scintilační vlastnosti. Byly vysvětleny rekombinační mechanismy, kterých se tyto defekty účastní, a navrženy postupy pro eliminaci vlivu těchto defektů na scintilační charakteristiky heterostruktur. Výsledkem práce je návrh optimalizované struktury vhodné pro scintilační využití ve vybraných aplikacích.

An influence of the most common defects presented in the InGaN/GaN scintillation heterostructures (CN, ZnGa, VGa and their complexes) was studied in this work. Recombination mechanisms involving these defects were explained and ways to eliminate their influence on the scintillation characteristics were suggested. The work output is a proposal of optimized structure suitable for the scintillator application.
