Revitalizace sídliště Blanice Týn nad Vltavou

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce je návrh revitalizácie sídliska Blanice v meste Týn nad Vltavou. Na sídlisku sa v súčastnosti nachádza výstavba starých ubytovní ktoré slúžili pre ubytovanie pracovníkov z Temelína. Mesto má v pláne tieto bytové domy revitalizovať alebo nahradiť. V návrhu uvažujem s nahradením starej zástavby vybudaním nových bytových domov a úpravou priestoru medzi bytmi s využitím polohy na kopci a vybudovaním vyhliadkovej plošiny s výhľadom na mesto. V návrhu je vyriešený jeden bytový dom do podrobnosti štúdie a niekoľko technických výkresov. Bytový dom je riešený ako polyfunkčný bytový dom s coworkingom. Zo severo východnej a juho západnej strany je riešený vstup. Nachádzaju sa v ňom byty 1+KK, 2+KK, 3+KK, 4+KK a 5+KK na poslednom nadzemnom podlaží. Parkovanie je riešené podzemnou garážou.

The aim of the thesis is a proposal for the revitalization of the Blanice housing estate in the city of Týn nad Vltavou. The housing estate currently houses the construction of old dormitories that served as accommodation for workers from Temelín. The city plans to revitalize or replace these apartment buildings. In the proposal, I am thinking of replacing the old building by building new apartment buildings and adjusting the space between the apartments using the location on the hill and building a viewing platform with a view of the city. In the proposal, one apartment building is resolved into the details of the study and several technical drawings. The apartment building is designed as a multifunctional apartment building with coworking. There is an entrance from the north-east and south-west sides. There are 1+KK, 2+KK, 3+KK, 4+KK and 5+KK apartments on the top floor. Parking is provided by an underground garage.
