Hotel v Bejrútu

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je návrh hotelu v bejrútském přístavu. Návrh vychází z architektonického a urbanistického řešení, která byla zpracována v rámci předdiplomového projektu. Jedná se o revitalizaci oblasti zničené výbuchem v roce 2020. V Bejrútu, hlavním městě Libanonu, došlo 4. srpna 2020 k výbuchu velkého množství dusičnanu amonného uskladněného v přístavu, který způsobil nejméně 218 mrtvých, 7 000 zraněných, škody na majetku ve výši 15 miliard dolarů a přibližně 300 000 lidí zůstalo bez domova. V současné době se území nevyužívá území není využíváno, trosky nejsou odklizeny a přístav čeká na opětovné využití. Uvědomění problematkyi úkolu, zohlednění všech okolností v úvahu bylo rozhodnuto,že project má symbolizovat znovuzrození Bejrútu jako fénixe po osmé v historii. Předmětem práce byl jeden z bloků v přístavu, který obsahoval 2 hotelové věže. Koncepce budovy spočívá v návrhu dvou podobných věží, které jsou vzájemně propojeny a umístěny v podnoží se společným provozem. Věže byly tvarově upraveny tak, aby se zabránilo přehřívání budovy na západní straně, čehož bylo dosaženo pootočením příčných stran k severu, k orientačnímu bodu navrženému v předběžném návrhu. Podnož byla navržena tak, aby nabízela veřejný prostor směrem k nábřeží a zároveň umožňovala pohodlný pohyb ve stínu hotelových věží, čehož bylo dosaženo prohloubením a vytvořením polopatra. Jsou zde obchody, restaurace, konferenční sály, fitness a wellness centra, kavárny atd. Jedná se o výškovou budovu s železobetonovým jádrem a železobetonovým rámem. Terasy jsou navrženy po obvodu budovy, což vytváří příznivější mikroklima v prostorách pro uživatele budovy, a také zvyšuje architektonickou atraktivitu celé budovy.

The theme of the thesis is the design of a hotel in the port of Beirut. The design is based on the architectural and urban design developed in the framework of the pre-diploma project. The project is about the revitalization of an area destroyed by an explosion in 2020. In Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, a large explosion of ammonium nitrate stored in the port occurred on 4 August 2020, causing at least 218 deaths, 7,000 injuries, $15 billion in property damage and approximately 300,000 people left homeless. The subject of the work was one of the blocks in the port which contained 2 hotel towers. The concept of the building is to design two similar towers that are interconnected and located in a base with a common operation. The towers were shaped to prevent overheating on the west side of the building, which was achieved by turning the transverse sides to the north, towards the landmark proposed in the preliminary design. The base was designed to offer public space towards the waterfront while allowing for comfortable movement in the shadow of the hotel towers, which was achieved by deepening and creating a semi-shed. There are shops, restaurants, conference halls, fitness and wellness centres, cafes, etc. It is a high-rise building with a reinforced concrete core and reinforced concrete frame. The terraces are designed around the perimeter of the building, which creates a more favorable microclimate in the premises for the users of the building, and also increases the architectural attractiveness of the whole building.
