Městský polyfunkční dům s bydlením

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá novostavbou polyfunkčního bytového domu v Praze 19 - Kbely. Budove je součástí urbanistického návrhu nové městské čtvrti na území bývalého provozu výroby letadel. Urbanistický návrh byl zpracován v rámci diplomové práce. Kvůli docílení městského rázu návrhu byla zvolena bloková zástavba s vnitrobloky. Cílem práce je navrhnout bytový dům s komerčními prostory určenými pro občanskou vybavenost čtvrti. Objekt se nachází na hlavní pěší komunikaci, na náměstí a je dobře obsloužena komunikacemi pro motorová vozidla kvůli dostupnosti residentů do podzemního parkoviště a zásobování restaurace, kavárny a provozu fitness. Budova je pětipodlažní s jedním podzemním podlažím. V 1.PP se nachází sklepní prostory, technická místnost, herna a podzemní garáž. První nazdemní podlaží obsahuje provoz kavárny a restaurace se společným zázemím, fitness přístupné pro veřejnost i pro obyvatele objektu a tři byty. V následujícíh nazdemních podlažích se nacházejí další bytové jednotky. Z konstrukčního hlediska byl kvůli velikým rozponům vybrán systém spiroll - ocelový nosník. Ocelové nosníky jsou uloženy na železobetonové sloupy. Vzhledem k tomuto provedení a vhodnému umístění nosníků se dosáhne subtilních stropů a větší světlosti místností. Obvodové stěny jsou omítané a jsou tvořeny zděnými prvky porotherm. Budovou prochází dvě železobetonové stěnové části s výtahem, schodištěm a instalační šachtou. Budova byla navržena tak, aby byla otevřena směrem do náměstí na severozápad a z druhé strany uzavírá poloveřený parter vnitrobloku. Fasáda objektu je členěna rastrem oken, barevností a předsazenými konstrukcemi s posuvnými dřevěnými stínícími prvky.

The diploma thesis deals with the new construction of a multifunctional apartment building in Prague 19 - Kbely. The building is part of the urban design of the new city district on the territory of the former aircraft operation. The urban proposal was developed as part of the diploma thesis. In order to achieve the urban character of the design, a block development with courtyards was chosen. The goal of the work is to design an apartment building with commercial spaces intended for civic amenities of the district. The building is located on the main pedestrian road, on the square and is well served by motor vehicle roads due to the residents' accessibility to the underground car park and the supply of the restaurant, cafe and fitness operation. The building has five floors with one underground floor. On the 1st floor there are cellars, a technical room, a game room and an underground garage. The first above-ground floor contains a cafe and a restaurant with shared facilities, a fitness center accessible to the public and residents of the building, and three apartments. Additional apartment units are located on the following above-ground floors. From a structural point of view, the spiroll system - a steel beam - was chosen due to the large spans. Steel beams are placed on reinforced concrete columns. Due to this design and the appropriate placement of the beams, subtle ceilings and greater lightness of the room are achieved. The perimeter walls are plastered and are made of porotherm masonry elements. Two reinforced concrete wall sections with an elevator, a staircase and an installation shaft pass through the building. The building was designed to be open towards the square to the northwest and closes from the other side with a semi-open parterre of the inner block. The facade of the building is divided by the grid of windows, colors and projecting structures with sliding wooden shading elements.
