Analýza naplňování strategických priorit města Pelhřimov skrze realizované projekty

Abstract

Diplomová práce je tematicky zaměřena na strategické plánování na úrovni samosprávy. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat, zda a jak jsou ve městě Pelhřimov naplňovány stanovené strategické priority, a to na základě analýzy strategických a akčních plánů a jejich porovnání s realizovanými projekty města. První část je věnována teoretickým aspektům strategického plánování a vztahu projektů k implementaci strategického plánu, zatímco druhá část je zaměřena na analýzu naplňování strategických priorit města Pelhřimov skrze realizované projekty. Vzhledem k tomu, že největším problémem Pelhřimova je úbytek obyvatel, zejména mladých lidí v současnosti patřících do tzv. generace Z, tak se na tento problém zaměřuji a zhodnocuji v práci realizované projekty a SWOT analýzu města s ohledem na potřeby a životní styl generace Z.

The thesis is thematically focused on strategic planning at the local government level. The aim of the thesis is to analyse whether and how the strategic priorities are fulfilled in the town of Pelhřimov based on the analysis of strategic and action plans and their comparison with the implemented projects of the town. The first part is devoted to the theoretical aspects of strategic planning and the relationship of projects to the implementation of the strategic plan, while the second part is focused on the analysis of the implementation of the strategic priorities of Pelhřimov through the implemented projects. Since the biggest problem of Pelhřimov is the loss of population, especially of young people currently belonging to the so-called Generation Z, I focus on this prob- lem and evaluate in the thesis, the implemented projects and the SWOT analysis of the city with regard to the needs and lifestyle of Generation Z.
