Sociální inovace v konceptech Smart cities (aktuální výzvy, benefity, trendy, implementace)

Abstract

Táto diplomová práca rieši problém sociálneho aspektu konceptu Smart City v kontexte rýchleho technologického rozvoja a digitalizácie všetkých oblastí života, od podnikov po verejný sektor a mestské správy. Technologický rozvoj zároveň značným spôsobom mení ekonomickú, sociálnu aj demografickú štruktúru obyvateľstva v mestách. Koncept Smart City sa javí ako vhodný pro-striedok tieto zmeny vyvažovať a zaručiť tak sociálnu a environmentálnu udržateľnosť, napriek tomu sám čelí prekážkam spojeným s technológiami. K riešeniu bol využitý rešerš literatúry a rôzne pohľady na problematiku. Súčasťou rešerše sú Smart City metodiky, ktoré obsahujú ukazovatele hodnotenia tohto konceptu, ďalej rôzne po-hľady na inteligentné mestá, sociálne inovácie a technológie, ktoré vznikajú v súvislosti s Priemyslom 4.0. Dôraz sa kladie na sociálnu a environmentálnu udržateľnosť, ktoré sú súčas-ťou problematiky inteligentných miest, sociálnych inovácií i technológie. Posledné dve sú veľmi prepojené, je možné tvrdiť, že sociálne inovácie posledné roky vznikajú práve ako reakcia na technologický rozvoj. Súčasťou riešenia sú tiež príklady dobrej praxe z rôznych krajín s rôznou úrovňou implementácie Smart City opatrení, benefity a výzvy, ktorým Smart City čelí. Výsledkom sú konkrétne opatrenia pre strategické a akčné plány miest, ktoré vo väčšej alebo menšej miere majú priamy dosah na mestské plánovanie a na sociálnu a environmentálnu udr-žateľnosť.

This thesis solves the problem of the social aspect of the Smart City concept in the context of rapid technological development and digitization of all areas of life, from businesses to the pub-lic sector and city administrations. At the same time, technological development significantly changes the economic, social and demographic structure of the population in cities. The Smart City concept appears to be suitable for balancing these changes and thus guaranteeing social and environmental sustainability, yet it itself is influenced by obstacles linked to technologies. The literature research and various perspectives on the issue were used for the solution, inclu-ded are the Smart City methodologies, which contain indicators for the evaluation of this concept, as well as various views on smart cities, social innovations and technologies that arise in connection with Industry 4.0. Emphasis is placed on social and environmental sustainability, which are the current issues of smart cities, social innovation and technology. The last two are very connected, it can be argued that the social innovations appear precisely as a reaction to the innovations of technological development in recent years. Included are also examples of good practice from different countries with different implementa-tion of Smart City measures, its benefits and challenges. The result includes exact measures for strategic and action plans of cities, which to a greater or lesser extent have a direct impact on urban planning and on social and environmental sustaina-bility.
