Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu, který je určený pro pětičlenou rodinu. Otec hudebník a profesor, matka učitelka, a tři dcerky s věkovým rozdílem tří let počínaje nejmladší ve věku 14 let. Projekt je řešený ve stupni architektonické studie a část dokumentace je prezentována v podrobnosti DPS. Součástí návrhu je konceptuální řešení TZB, statiky a energetického zhodnocení. Pozemek se nachází v rozvojové lokalitě Praha-Lochkov, kde je součástí parcely, na které se připravuje stavba souboru rodinných domů. Cílem je kvalitní návrh, který respektuje potřeby rodiny, reaguje na okolní podmínky a oponuje tradičnímu archeotypu rodinného domu.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a family house, which is intended for a five-member family. The father is a musician and professor, the mother is a teacher, and three daughters with an age difference of three years, starting with the youngest at 14. The project is designed as an architectural study and part of the work is presented as documentation for building permits. The design includes conceptual solutions for TSB, static, and energy assessment. The land is located in the developing area in Prague-Lochkov. The area is getting built up with a group of new family houses. The work aims to design a house that respects the needs of the family, responds to the surrounding conditions, and opposes the traditional archetype of the family house.
