Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Praze v blízkosti pámátníku bitvy na Bílé hoře. Daná lokalita je velice atraktivní svou polohou. Na východ od parcely bude výhled přímo na památník bitvy o Bílou horu a nedaleko se nachází rozsáhlý park Hvězda. Celkově se v okolí nachází rodinné domy. Dům je navrhován pro čtyřčlennou rodinu a je navržen tak, aby vyhovoval jejich požadavkům. Je orientovaný na jih a je tvořen garáží a hlavním domem ve tvaru písmene L a dohromady vytváří polouzavřené átrium, které je hlavním tématem domu. Dům svým tvarem reaguje na okolní zástavbu a na svažitost terénu. Hlavní hmota je dvoupatrová se sedlovou střechou, navazuje na jednopodlažní část s plochou střechou a garáž má též plochou střechu. Dům má zelené střechy, plechovou sedlovou střechu a je obložen cihlami. Obývací pokoj a kuchyň jsou propojeny se zahradou venkovními terasami.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a family house in Prague near the monument to the Battle of White Mountain. The location is very attractive for its location. To the east of the plot there will be a direct view of the monument to the Battle of White Mountain and nearby is the extensive Hvězda Park. In total, there are family houses in the area. The house is designed for a family of four is designed to suit their living and living. It is oriented to the south and consists of a garage and an L-shaped main house, creating a semi-enclosed atrium, which is the main theme of the house. The shape of the house responds to the surrounding buildings and the slope of the terrain. The main mass is two- storey with a gabled roof, it is connected to a single-storey part with a flat roof and the garage also has a flat roof. The house has a green roof, a tin roof and is lined with bricks. The living room and kitchen are connected to the garden by outdoor terraces.
