Rodinný dům

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnutí dvougeneračního rodinného domu v oblasti Střížkova na Praze 8. Řešený pozemek se nachází na hranici mezi čtvrtí rodinných domů a bytovou zástavbou. Navrhovaná novostavba si klade za cíl propojit světy dvou generací (mladé rodiny s dětmi a prarodiči). Má ambici vytvořit příjemné prostředí, kde budou moci obě rodiny žít vedle sebe, ale zároveň se nenarušovat. Výsledný návrh se snaží nenápadně doplňovat okolní zástavbu a terén, ale zároveň se široce otevírá do poklidné zahrady. Práce nejprve blíže představuje řešenou lokalitu a základní koncepční východiska architektonického návrhu. Jsou také představeny vizualizace a pohledy na navrhovanou novostavbu. Ve stavebně technické části lze nalézt vybrané části dokumentace pro stavební povolení a také informace o energetické náročnosti budovy.

The aim of this dissertation was to design a two-generational family house in the Střížkov area in Prague 8. The land in question is located on the border of family houses' quarter and a housing development. The designed new building's goal is to connect the worlds of the two generations (young families with children and the great grandparents). It has an ambition to create a peaceful environment where both families can live side by side but at the same time they would not disturb each other. The final design tries to subtly compliment the surrounding development and terrain but at the same time opens wide into a peaceful garden. This dissertation first closely introduces the location in question and the fundamental conceptual basis of the architectural design. The visualisation and the view of the designed new development are also presented. In the structurally technical section, selected parts of the documentation can be found relating to the building permit and also information on the energy performance of the building.
