Abstract

Objekt rodinného domu se nachází v městské části hlavního města Prahy - Lipence. Zadaný pozemek leží na severním svahu a nabízí rozmanité výhledy na Zbraslavské údolí. Hlavní vstup a příjezd na pozemek je možný ze severu z ulice Jílovišťská. Návrh si žádal práci se svahem a vhodnou orientaci prostorů dle světových stran. Hlavní úkolem tak bylo využití terénu, zachování vhodných pohledů na severní údolí, ale zároveň vytvoření dostatečně osluněných soukromých zón. Kontext místa a požadavky klienta tak vydefinovali hmotový koncept stavby. Obsahem bakalářské práce je návrh studie rodinného domu a část dokumentace DSP.

The designated property is located in the urban area of the capital city of Prague - Lipence. The assigned parcel of land is located on the northern slope and offers a diverse view of the Zbraslav valley area. The main access to the plot is trough its entrance coming from the north from Jílovišťská street. The design required a great deal of work with the slope area and the appropriate orientation of the premises according to the cardinal points. The main task was an appropriate approach to the terrain and preserving suitable views of the northern valley, while creating adequate sunlight in the constructions private zones. The context of the site and the client's requirements were thus defined by the material concept of the building. The content of this bachelor thesis is the outline study of the building and part of the DSP documentation.
