Centrální budova Škoda Auto

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh Centrální budovy ŠKODA AUTO nacházející se v Mladé Boleslavi. Jedná se o polyfunkční objekt s především administrativními plochami pro představenstvo automobilky. Součástí objektu jsou také ubytovací apartmány, občerstvení a zóny wellness a fitness. Budova má v nejvyšším bodě 18 nadzemních podlaží a 3 podlaží podzemní. V nejvyšším patře je umístněna přistávací plošina pro vrtulník. Objekt je situován v rámci Starého závodu Škodovky, severovýchodně od centra Mladé Boleslavi. Restrukturalizace tohoto areálu i s přidruženými plochami byla urbanisticky řešena v rámci předdiplomového ateliéru. Objekt je v rámci navrženého urbanistického řešení situován v blízkosti stávajícího muzea Škoda Auto a nově navrhovaného zákaznického centra. Hmotové řešení objektu je inspirováno vlastním a typickým znakem firmy ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Hmota je členěna do třech, respektive dvou věží nesoucí půdorysnou stopu vycházející přímo z loga a to „křídel“ šípu. Kopírují jejich oblý tvar a jsou uspořádany za sebou. Jejich dynamika pohybu je pak podpořena samotnou rotací hmoty po směru hodinových ručiček. „Oko“ ze znaku tvoří vodní prvek před vstupem. Samotný šíp je pak přeneseně promítnut ve výšce objektu. Fasáda objektu je ze skleněného lehkého obvodového pláště doplněná dynamickými hliníkovými předsazenými prvky.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of the Headquarters ŠKODA AUTO located in Mladá Boleslav. It is a polyfunctional building with mainly administrative areas for the carmaker's board of directors. The building also includes accommodation apartments, refreshments and wellness and fitness areas. The building has 18 floors above ground and 3 underground floors . A helicopter landing pad is located on the top floor. The building is located within the Old Škoda Factory, northeast of the center of Mladá Boleslav. The restructuring of this area and associated areas was urbanized within the prediploma thesis. The building is located near the existing Škoda Auto Museum and the newly designed customer center within the proposed urban solution. The shape solution of the building is inspired by the ŠKODA AUTO a.s. The substance is divided into three, respectively two towers bearing a footprint based directly on the logo, the "wings" of the arrow. They copy their curved shape and are arranged one behind the other. Their dynamics of movement is then supported by the actual rotation of the mass clockwise. The "eye" of the sign then forms the water element before entering. The arrow itself is then projected at the height of the object. The façade of the building is made of a light glass perimeter cladding, complemented by dynamic aluminum overhanging elements.
