"Innocube"- inovační centrum pro spolupráci města Mladá Boleslav a Škody Auto a.s.

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh novostavby objektu inovačního centra (Innocube) pro spolupráci města Mladá Boleslav a Škody Auto a.s.. Tento návrh navazuje na předdiplomní projekt, jehož cílem byla urbanistická studie obnovy území původního závodu Škoda Auto v Mladé Boleslavi a otevření tohoto území veřejnosti. Inovační centrum je objekt umožňující velké množství využití. Cílem je vytvořit prostor pro vývoj nových technologií a prezentování těchto nových myšlenek a nápadů. Objekt reaguje na svou významnou polohu v území. Nachází se na náměstí v Mladé Boleslavi mezi muzeem a zákaznickým centrem, které je dominantou území. Srdcem objektu inovačního centra je šikmé prosklené atrium tyčící se nad náměstím. Předmětem práce je architektonická studie objektu. Vybraná část stavby je zpracována na úrovni projektu pro stavební povolení.

The subject of the diploma thesis is design of a new building of the Innovation Centre (Innocube) for cooperation between the city of Mladá Boleslav and Škoda Auto a.s. This proposal follows the previous semester’s project. Its purpose was an urban study of the restoration of the original Škoda Auto factory area in Mladá Boleslav and the opening of this area to the public. The Innovation Centre is an object that allows a large number of uses. The aim is to create space for development of new technologies and for presentation of these new ideas. The object responds to its significant location in the area. It is located on the square between the museum and the customer centre, which dominates the area. The heart of the innovation centre is the sloping glass atrium towering over the square. The subject of the thesis is an architectural study of the building. The selected part of the construction is processed at the project level for the building permit.
