Polyfunkční dům - Liberec

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu v Liberci. Podkladem pro návrh je urbanistická studie z předdiplomního projektu. Řešené území se nachází v horské oblasti Liberec. V okolí jsou lesy, hory a také vysílač Ještěd. Návrh předdiplomního projektu vychází ze situace širších vztahů a blízkého okolí. Podél hlučné silnice je vytvořena podélná zástavba a přírodní val. V horní části území je navržena zástavba hustá vzhledem k bytovým domům a k sídlišti Kunratice. Dolní část je navržena jako řídká zástavba vzhledem k rodinným domům a chatkám, které jsou okolo území v jižní části. Dolní část viladomů je propojena pomyslnou vlnovou křivkou, kterou doplňuje rozhledna s výhledem na Ještěd a Jizerské hory. Územím prochází hlavní osa, která rozděluje území na dvě části. Bloky jsou ukončeny těsně na svahu a pod ním už jsou jen viladomy. Návrh se snaží navázat na předdiplomní projekt a dále jej rozvíjet. Ve vnitrobloku byl vytvořen průhled na krajinu, na Ještěd a na veřejný prostor s rozhlednou a jezírkem. Průchody do vnitrobloku zůstaly zachovány. Polyfunkční dům je navržen tak, aby pomocí architektonické kompozice a situování jednotlivých provozních celků vytvořil celek, který umožní skloubit funkce administrativy, bydlení a komerčního využití. V přízemí je mezi objekty vytvořena zastřešená promenáda, která v druhém podlaží vytváří předzahrádky pro bytový dům a zahrádku kancelářím. Administrativní budova má celoprosklenou fasádu se zelenými vertikálními prvky, aby svým architektonickým ztvárněním zapadla do okolní krajiny. Zelené prvky zároveň slouží jako stínění a vytváří tak příjemné pracovní prostředí pro její uživatele. Ve středu budovy jsou zelené liány, které hmotu rozdělují. Bytový dům má v každém podlaží lodžie vzhledem k horské oblasti Liberec. Materiálové řešení fasády je kombinací dřevěného obkladu a horizontálních hliníkových desek. Projekt obsahuje návrh ve formě studie, vybrané části projektu jsou v úrovni stavebního povolení.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a multifunctional house in Liberec. The basis for the project is an urban study from an undergraduate project. The selected area is located in the mountain area of Liberec. There are forests, mountains and the Ještěd transmitter in the vicinity. The proposal of the undergraduate project is based on the situation of wider relations and close surroundings. Along the noisy road, a longitudinal development and a natural rampart are created. In the upper part of the area, dense development is proposed due to apartment buildings and the Kunratice housing estate. The lower part is designed as a sparse development due to the family houses and cottages, which are around the area in the southern part. The lower part of the vilahouses is connected by an imaginary wave curve, which is complemented by a lookout tower with a view of Ještěd and the Jizera Mountains. The main axis passes through the territory, which divides the territory into two parts. The blocks end just on the slope and there are only vilahouses under it. The proposal seeks to build on the undergraduate project and further develop it. In the courtyard, a view of the landscape, Ještěd and the public space with a lookout tower and a lake was created. The passages to the courtyard have been preserved. The multifunctional house is designed to create a whole that will combine the functions of administration, housing and commercial use with the help of architectural composition and the location of individual operating units. On the ground floor, a roofed promenade is created between the buildings, which for creates front gardens on a second floor for the apartment building and a garden for the offices. The office building has an all-glass façade with green vertical elements to fit into the surrounding landscape with its architectural design. At the same time, the green elements serve as shielding and thus create a pleasant working environment for its users. In the center of the building are green vines that divide the mass. The apartment building has a balcony on each floor due to the mountainous area of Liberec. The material solution of the facade is a combination of wooden cladding and horizontal aluminum boards. The project contains a proposal in the form of a study, selected parts of the project are at the level of the building permit.
