Studentské koleje s coworkingem

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh stavby pro studentského komunitního bydlení s co-workingem u vodní nádrže Džbán v městské části Praha 6. Diplomová práce navazuje na předdiplomový projekt, ve kterém jsem řešil urbanistický koncept celé lokality se zaměřením na sportovní a rekreační využití vodní nádrže a jejího nejbližšího okolí. Navrhovaná budova doplňuje zástavbu podél ulice Evropská, a vedle hlavních funkcí, kterými jsou komunitní studentské bydlení s co-workingem, zahrnuje také doplňkové provozy jako restaurace nebo sportovní zázemí. Kromě výše zmíněného bude objekt také poskytovat parkovací kapacity nově navrhovanému sportovně rekreačnímu areálu u vodní nádrže. Zadáním diplomové práce bylo zpracovat architektonickou studii objektu, vybrané části stavební dokumentace v rozsahu pro povolení stavby, předběžný statický návrh vybraných konstrukcí a také energetický koncept technických zařízení budov.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a building for student community housing with co-working at the Džbán reservoir in the Prague 6 district.The diploma thesis builds on pre-diploma thesis in which I dealt with urbanistic concept of the whole area focused on sport and recreational use of the reservoir and its closest surroundings. The designed building complements the development along the street Evropská and besides the main functions which are student community housing with coworking space it also includes additional services such as restaurant or sport facility. In addition to the above the building will also provides parking capacities for the newly designed sport recreation center at the reservoir. The assignment of the diploma thesis was to prepare an architectural study of the building, selected parts of the construction documentation in the scope for the building permit, preliminary static design of selected structures and also the energy concept of technical equipment of buildings.
