Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je architektonický a stavebně technický návrh polyfunkčního objektu občanské vybavenosti na břehu vodní nádrže Džbán v těsné blízkosti přírodní rezervace Divoká Šárka a městské části Prahy 6 - Vokovice. Urbanistické řešení vyzdvihuje přírodně naučný a relaxační charakter oblasti. Návrhu předcházely analýzy území prokazující nedostatečnou občanskou vybavenost nejen pro spádovou oblast, ale i v širším kontextu návštěvníků přírodní rezervace. Navrhovaný objekt zahrnuje restauraci, saunový svět, posilovnu a cvičební sál. Hlavním koncepčním cílem bylo vytvoření architektonicky ojedinělého objektu za využití výhledů na vodní hladinu a na krajinu Divoké Šárky při respektování kontextu okolní krajiny.

The subject of this Master's thesis is an architectural and technical proposal of a polyfunctional building in the area of the water reservoir Džbán surrounded by Divoká Šárka nature reserve and the city district of Prague 6 - Vokovice. The urban design highlights the naturally educational and relaxing character of the area. This proposal is based on the submission analysis showing insufficient civic amenities not only for the neighborhood residents but also for the nature reserve visitors. The designed object includes restaurant, wellness and fitness. The main conceptual idea is to create an architecturally unique object applying the view of the water area and the landscape of Divoká Šárka nature reserve while respecting the surrounding estate context.
