Nové centrum v Žilině

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh nového centra obce Žilina. Projekt navazuje na před diplomní projekt architektonicko-urbanistické studie území. Hlavní myšlenkou studie bylo vytvořit novou koncepci obce, rozčlenit a zřetelně definovat území do funkčních celků, které v dnešní době obec postrádá. Nejzásadnějším krokem byl návrh nové návsi, kam by se přesunul obecní úřad, obchod a kavárna, a tak by se nejrušnější funkce seskupily na jedno místo do těžiště obce, nacházející se v blízkosti autobusové zastávky, která je dnes jakýmsi středobodem. Cílem bylo vytvořit prostor pro setkávání, prostor pro společenské akce a útulné příjemné prostředí. Proto je navržená náves ve tvaru jednoduchého obdélníku obklopená veřejnými budovami, tvořící bariéru od rušných silnic. Navrhovaný polyfunkční dům je situován do východní části území, které lemuje z jižní strany ulice Družecká a ze západní ulice Kladenská. Tato křižovatka je spojnicí nejrušnějších tras procházející územím. Dům je dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepený a jeho hlavní funkcí je správa obce. K administrativní části pak přiléhá multifunkční sál určený pro různé společenské akce, zasedání, vítání občánků atp. Dalšími přidruženými provozy jsou kavárna s knihovnou, pošta a několik komerčních prostorů, které mohou být využity například pro kadeřnictví, vinotéku, květinářství a kosmetiku. Základním motivem návrhu hmotového i dispozičního řešení je jednoduchost, funkčnost a reprezentativnost objektu, který zapadne do rázu obce této velikosti. Celý objekt je do tvaru L, který spolu s okolními nově navrženými domy vytváří kompaktní tvar návsi. Pultová část střechy ve spojení s protilehlou vyvýšenou částí nově navrženého kulturního domu se snaží upoutat a navést člověka do nové východní části obce, která byla navržena v rámci urbanistické koncepce. Zpevněnou plochu návsi jsem barevně rozčlenila do tvaru symbolizujícího oheň, který je součástí znaku obce Žilina.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a new center of the village of Žilina. The project builds on the pre-diploma project of architectural and urban studies of the area. The main idea of ​​the study was to create a new concept of the village, to divide and clearly define the territory into functional units that the village lacks today. The most fundamental step was the design of a new village square, which would move the municipal office, shop and cafe, so that the busiest functions would be grouped in one place in the center of gravity of the village, located near the bus stop, which is now a kind of center. The aim was to create a space for meetings, a space for social events and a cozy pleasant environment. Therefore, the designed village square in the shape of a simple rectangle is surrounded by public buildings, forming a barrier from busy roads. The proposed multifunctional building is situated in the eastern part of the area, which borders the southern side of Družecká Street and the western Kladenská Street. This intersection is the connection of the busiest routes passing through the area. The building has two floors, no basement and its main function is the administration of the village. Adjacent to the administrative part is a multifunctional hall designed for various social events, meetings, welcoming citizens, etc. Other affiliated establishments are a café with a library, a post office and several commercial premises, which can be used, for example, for hairdressers, wine shops, florists and cosmetics. The basic motive for the design of the material and layout is the simplicity, functionality and representativeness of the building, which fits into the character of a village of this size. The whole building is L-shaped, which together with the surrounding newly designed houses creates a compact square shape. The sloping roof in connection with the opposite raised part of the newly designed cultural building tries to attract and lead a person to the new eastern part of the village, which was designed within the urban concept. I divided the paved area of ​​the village square into a shape symbolizing fire, which is part of the emblem of the village of Žilina.
