Polyfunkční dům - Liberec

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce byl návrh souboru budov v Liberci v obci Kunratice. Hlavní myšlenkou byl život v zeleni. Velké zelené plochy plných vzrostlých stromů s prvky rekreace mimo jádra bloků s potlačením automobilové dopravy. Řešený blok je členěn do 5 objektů, který respektuje blízkou nízkopodlažní zástavbu svým tvarovým ustupujícím řešením. Toto řešení hmot také přispívá typu pultové střechy typickou pro podhorské oblasti s větší sněhovou zátěží. Zároveň všechny hmoty byly umístěny a členěny tak, aby byly zachovány výhledové i komunikační linie a samozřejmě zhodnoceny kvality světové orientace.Provozně objekty jsou propojeny v podzemní části hromadnými garážemi s převažující funkcí pro bydlení, ale také administrativní.

The subject of the diploma thesis was the design of a set of buildings in Liberec in the village of Kunratice. The main idea was life in the green. Large green areas full of mature trees with elements of recreation outside the core of the blocks with the suppression of car traffic. The solved block is divided into 5 buildings, which respects the nearby low-rise buildings with its declining shape. This solution also applies to the type of countertop typical of the foothill area with a greater snow load. At the same time, all the materials were underground objects and divisions so as to preserve the perspective and communication lines and, of course, enhance the quality of world orientation.
