Polyfunkční dům - Liberec

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu v Liberci. Navrhovaný objekt se nachází na pozemcích s předpokládaným rozvojem města. Zadané území je v současné době nevyužíváno. Pozemek má mírný sklon od rychlostní cesty na severu k zahrádkářské oblasti na jihu. Na sever od rychlostní cesty je plánovaná nová výstavba bytových domů od Syneru. V zahrádkářské oblasti se pomalu začínají stavět rodinné domy. Návrh stavby pozůstává z dvou nadzemních objektů, které jsou v podzemí propojeny garážemi. První podzemní patro je z východní strany celé nad terénem a vytváří platformu objektu. Dům je navržen jako polyfunkční budova primárně s administrativní funkcí ve vyšších patrech. V přízemí se nachází restaurace, fitnesscentrum a dvě obchodní jednotky. Objekty jsou rozděleny pěší komunikací a k ní přilehlé fasády jsou navrženy jako zelené.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to design a multifunctional house in Liberec. The proposed building is located on land with the expected development of the city. The specified area is currently unused. The land has a slight slope from the expressway in the north to the gardening area in the south. A new construction of apartment buildings from Syner is planned north of the expressway. Family houses are slowly starting to be built in the gardening area. The design of the building consists of two above-ground buildings, which are connected underground by garages. The first underground floor is above the ground on the east side and forms the platform of the building. The house is designed as a multifunctional building primarily with an administrative function on the upper floors. On the ground floor there is a restaurant, fitness center and two business units. The buildings are divided by a pedestrian road and the adjacent facades are designed as green.
