Polyfunkční dům - Liberec

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh souboru polyfunkčních domů na prázdném pozemku u hlavní dopravní komunikace mezi Libercem a Jabloncem nad Nisou. Koncept architektonického řešení navazuje na zpracované urbanistické řešení lokality. Práce se věnuje souboru budov ve středu území na lukrativním místě u náměstí. Navržený objekt se skládá ze tří samostatných bytových domů se šikmou střechou, jako odkaz na horskou oblast, které vystupují ze společného soklu se zelenou střechou jako rodinné domy na louce. Polyfunkční dům je tvořen z obytné části a komerce. V přízemí se nachází komerčními prostory a byty, v suterénu společné garáže a v horní části jsou bytové jednotky. Nachází se zde byty různých velikostí od 2+kk po 6+kk. Architektonické řešení podporuje kompoziční osy lokality, ale zároveň nabízí průhledy územím. Objekty jsou navržené tak, aby svým obyvatelům poskytovali pohodlí, zázemí a kontakt s exteriérem.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a set of multifunctional houses on an empty plot of land near the main road between Liberec and Jablonec nad Nisou. The concept of the architectural solution follows the elaborated urban solution of the locality. The work deals with a set of buildings in the middle of the territory in a lucrative place near the square. The proposed building consists of three separate apartment buildings with a sloping roof, as a reference to the mountain area, which protrude from a common plinth with a green roof like family houses in a meadow. The multifunctional house consists of a residential area and commerce. On the ground floor there are commercial premises and flats, in the basement there are common garages and in the upper part there are residential units. There are apartments of various sizes from 2 + kk to 6 + kk. The architectural solution supports the compositional axes of the locality, but at the same time offers views of the area. The buildings are designed to provide their residents with comfort, facilities and contact with the exterior.
