Revitalizace zámeckého areálu Týn nad Vltavou

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je revitalizace zámeckého areálu v Týně nad Vltavou. Hlavním podkladem pro zpracování byly požadavky investora - města Týn nad Vltavou. Město požaduje rozšíření Městské knihovny a depozitáře muzea, dále také zpřístupnění a zateplení podkroví zámku. Součástí projektu je demolice bývalé hasičské zbrojnice, která je dnes nevyužívána a na jejím místě je navržena nová budova knihovny. Nová budova tvarem kopíruje zbrojnici a navazuje tak na sousední budovu ZUŠ, v jižní části se budova rozšiřuje na současný dvorek a dotýká se tak budovy zámku. Dalším bodem práce bylo bezbariérové zpřístupnění muzea ve vyšších podlažích zámku, přesun infocentra blíže k náměstí a vytvoření malé kavárny v přízemí zámku. V neposlední řadě se projekt zabývá úpravami parteru na zámeckém nádvoří. Projekt je v úrovni architektonické studie a vybrané části v úrovni dokumentace pro stavebn povolení.

The purpose of this diploma thesis is the revitalization of the castle grounds in Týn nad Vltavou. The main basis for processing was the requirements of the investor - the town of Týn nad Vltavou. The city demands the expansion of the Municipal Library and the museum's depository, as well as access to and insulation of the castle attic. Part of the project is the demolition of the former fire station, which is not used today and a new library building is designed in its place. The shape of the new building copies firehouse and thus connects to the neighboring ZUŠ building, in the southern part the building extends to the current courtyard and thus touches the castle building. Another point of the work was the barrier-free access to the museum on the upper floors of the castle, moving the information center closer to the square and creating a small cafe on the ground floor of the castle. Last but not least, the project deals with modifications on the ground floor in the castle courtyard. The project is created as an architectural study and selected parts as documentation for building permission.
