Polyfunkční objekt na ulici Vídeňská, Praha Krč

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčního objektu na ulici Vídeňská v Praze 4, Krč. Projekt vychází z Architektonicko-urbanistické studie, která byla zpracována v rámci předponového projektu. V současnosti se v řešeném území nachází park, prodejna stavebního materiálu, opuštěné objekty pivovaru bez historické hodnoty. Objekt ze severu ohraničuje Jižní spojka, z jihu železniční trať, z východu ulice Vídeňská, ze západu park. Tématem před diplomního objektu byl návrh revitalizace parku, nové stanice metra Krč. V západní části parku jsem návrh malí vysokoškolský areál, skládající se z kolejí, bytového domu a objektů vysokých škol. Polyfunkční objekt se skládá ze dvou hmot, koleji a trvalého bydlení. Oboje hmoty jsou spojeny podzemníma garážemi, které jsou pro objekty společné. V přízemí kolejního objektu se nachází jídelna sloužící pro celí areál. V přízemí bytového domu se nachází drobná komerce.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a multifunctional building on Vídeňská Street in Prague 4, Krč. The project is based on the Architectural and Urban Study, which was prepared with in the prefix project. There is a park, a building material shop and abandoned brewery buildings without historical value in the solved area at present. The building is bordered on the north by the South Junction, on the south by the railway line, on the east by Vídeňská Street, on the west by a park. The topic before the diploma building was the design of the revitalization of the park, the new Krč metro station. In the western part of the park, I design a small university campus, consisting of dormitories, an apartment building and university buildings. The multifunctional building consists of two materials, a dormitory and permanent housing. Both masses are connected by underground garages, which are common to the buildings. On the ground floor of the dormitory there is a dining room serving the entire complex. There is a small shop on the ground floor of the apartment building.
