Bytový dům Palmovka

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem bytového domu, který je řešen v rámci nově plánované územní studie na Palmovce v Praze 8. Objekt je součástí souboru staveb, které mají společné garáže a vnitroblok. Navržený bytový dům má sedm nadzemních podlaží, kde poslední podlaží je ustoupené. V přízemí domu je navržen prostor pro veřejné využití, v dalších patrech pak následuje obytná část domu.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of an apartment building, which is solved within the newly planned territorial study in Palmovka in Prague 8. The building is part of a set of buildings that have a common garage and courtyard. The designed apartment building has seven floors, where the last floor is recessed. On the ground floor of the house there is a space for public use, on the other floors there is a residential part of the house.
