Abstract

So stále sa zvyšujúcim sa životným štandartom rastú aj nároky na študentské bývanie. Mojím cieľom je študentom poskytnúť vyšší komfort bývania než sú typické pražské koleje, ale nestratiť aktivný spoločenský život. Vznikajú tak byty, ktoré zahrňujú jak priestory umožňujúce jedinečnú interakciu s okolím, a zároveň poskytujú pokojné miesto k učení a odpočinku. To všetko v plánovanom centre umenia a umeleckej výuky Pragovka. Významnou súčasťou je tiež energetická udržateľnosť objektu, prezentovaná navonok k okoliu šetrnými panelmi K-kontrol.

As living standards continue to rise, so do student housing requirements. My aim is to provide students with greater comfort than the typical Prague dormitories, but not to lose active social life. This leads to apartments, which include both spaces that allow unique interaction with the environment and, at the same time, provide a peaceful place to learn and rest. All in the planned centre of art and art teaching of Prague. An important part is also the energy sustainability of the facility, presented externally to the environment by the K-control panels.
