KOPECKÝ, P. and K. SOJKOVÁ. Agregované tepelné charakteristiky budov Část 5: Účinná tepelná kapacita a časová konstanta budovy. Vytápění, větrání, instalace. 2020, 29(4), 218-225. ISSN 1210-1389.
Účinná tepelná kapacita budovy a časová konstanta budovy jsou vlastnosti celé budovy, které ovlivňují tepelné chování budovy za neustálených teplotních podmínek. Článek nejprve odvozuje metodu odhadu účinné tepelné kapacity a časové konstanty budovy a následně výpočtově odhaduje pravděpodobné rozsahy hodnot obou veličin pro různé typy budov a stavebních prvků. Poté jsou prezentována analytická řešení dynamického tepelného chování budovy pro dvě modelové situace – přerušované vytápění a časové období s harmonickými okrajovými podmínkami. Analytická řešení ukazují agregované tepelné parametry budovy, které ovlivňují tepelné chování budov v obou modelových případech. Analytické řešení pro harmonicky kmitající okrajové podmínky bylo následně využito ke studiu přehřívání budov, přičemž byl odvozen vztah vymezující maximální měrné plochy solární apertury takové, aby se denní maximální hodnota vnitřní teploty v budově dostala pod požadovanou hodnotu.

The effective thermal capacity and thermal time constant are properties of the whole building that influence the thermal performance under transient boundary conditions. This paper first derives a method for estimating the values of effective heat capacity and time constant and presents probable ranges of values of both parameters for different types of buildings and building components. Analytical solutions of thermal performance of the building are then presented for two dynamic situations-intermittent heating and harmonic oscillation of external temperature and solar irradiation. Analytical solutions reveal the aggregated thermal parameters which affect the thermal behavior of buildings in both model cases. The analytical solution for harmonically oscillating boundary conditions was subsequently used to study the overheating of buildings. Relationship was derived for the maximal specific solar aperture such that the daily maximum value of the indoor temperature falls below the required value.
