Abstract

Polyfunkční dům v Humpolci je navržen jako novostavba se třemi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím. V parteru se nachází restaurace, ateliér a malý komerční prostor, ve zbylých patrech jsou kancelářské prostory byty. Stavba a její řešení je řešeno komplexně v návaznosti na analýzu místa a v neposlední řadě stavba reaguje okolní podmínky, které jsou dané mnoha faktory jako je například klima, terén či odpověď na to co okolní obyvatelstvo potřebuje.

The multifunctional house in Humpolec is designed as a new building with three above-ground and one underground floor. On the ground floor there is a restaurant, studio and a small commercial space, on the remaining floors there are office and flat apartments. The building and its solution is solved comprehensively in connection with the analysis of the place and last but not least the building responds to the surrounding conditions, which are given by many factors such as climate, terrain or the answer to what the surrounding population needs.
