Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je administrativní budova, která se nachází v Praze, Strahov. Budovu tvoří dvě nezavislé na sobě části : třipatrová dlouhá budova kolejů a sedmipartová věž kanceláří. Káždá budova má dva podzemních podláží. Ve druhým podzemním podlaží se nachazí společné parkování. V dánem rozsáhu bakalářské práce je řešená pouze administratívní část budovy a 2.PP. Nadzemní patra řešené budovy tvoří kavárna, čítarna a kanceláře. Podzemní patra jsou určené pro sklady a garaže. Přízemí se sklada z recepci a kavárny. Druhé, třetí, paté, šesté a sedmé nadzemní patra jsou určená pro kancelářské prostory. Ve čtvrtém patře je umístěná čítárna s výstupem na terásu.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is an office building located in Prague, Strahov. The building consists of two independent buildings: a three-story, long dormitory building, and a seven-story office tower. Each building has two underground floors. On the second underground floor, there is a common parking garage. In the given scope of the bachelor's thesis, only the office building and the 2nd underground floor were. The above-ground floors of the designed building consist of a café, a reading room, and offices. Underground floors are designed for storages and garages. The first ground floor consists of a reception and a cafe. The second, third, fifth, sixth, and seventh floors are designed for office space. On the fourth floor, there is a reading room with access to the terrace.
