This paper developes a novel telemedicine solution for rehabilitation of balance disorders based on analysis and visualization of patient physiological data gathered by a set of sensors during the rehabilitation process. The training and physiological data sensing are based on two home-grown systems called Homebalance and Scope. The kernel functionality is implemented by the data stream management technology provided by the Esper system. Moreover, it supports training at homes integrated together and to specialized rehabilitation centers by the Dew/Cloud technology. A small core of early adopters is currently successfully conducting balance disorder rehabilitation according to methodology relying on the proposed approach.eng
