Dům v proluce, Žatec

Abstract

Navrhovaný dům se nachází v ulici Josefa Hory nedaleko Žižkova náměstí v Žatci. V parteru je centrum duševního zdraví s místnostmi pro individuální i skupinovou terapii. Druhé a třetí podlaží je určeno k bydlení. Nachází se zde celkem čtyři bytové jednotky s vyšším standardem. V podkroví jsou pak dva ateliery s variabilním využitím. Dům je na klidném místě s výhledem na kostel a nabízí tak ideální prostředí pro terapii, bydlení a kreativní činnost.

The designed house is located in the street of Josef Hora nearby the Žižkovs square in Žatec. In the ground floor, there is the centre of mental health with specialized rooms for individual and group therapy. The first and the second floors are intended for flats - all in all there are four flats of higher standard. Two ateliers of variable usage are situated in the attic. Overall, the destination where the house stands is very calm therefore it’s a perfect place for living, therapies and creative activities in general. Furthermore, it offers a lovely view of the local church.
