dc.description.abstractThe paper focuses on deep beam design using Strut-and-tie model method. Several computational plated models are made at the beginning. A Strut-and-tie model is created after analysis of their behaviour and deflections. Based on inner forces of the bar system, appropriate reinforcement is designed. At the end, designed reinforcement is verified using nonlinear analysis.eng
