Článek popisuje různé možnosti průmyslové imlementace pokročilých teplotních kompenzací obráběcích strojů. Konkrétně je zmíněna implementace robustní kompenzace teplotních deformací pomocí přenosových funkcí stroje MMC 1500 vyráběného firmou Kovosvit MAS pomocí externího PLC (Foxtrot, Teco). Tento výsledek byl vytvořen s finanční podporou TA ČR v rámci projektu "Centrum kompetence Strojírenská výrobní technika" (CK SVT).

This paper describes a different industrial implementation methods of advanced thermal compensation of machine tools. Especially, the implementation of the robust thermal error (software) compensation based on transfer functions into the MMC 1500 portal milling centre (Kovosvit MAS, a.s.) using external PLC (Foxtrot,Teco) is mentioned. The results have been obtained as part of the TE01020075 Competence Center – Manufacturing Technology project supported by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic.
