Bydlení pod Vítkovem

Abstract

V dolní části Žižkova, pod kopcem Vítkov, v Hartigově ulici, se nachází poslední volný blok. A na něm vzniká nový bytový dům. Z rušné Hartigovy je blok uzavřen a otevírá se směrem na jih. Vzniká tak vnitroblok, z jedné strany otevřený, tvořící klidnější místo. Jednotlivé části domu jsou vzhledem ke svažitému terénu výškově odskočené. Na konci obou křídel je přidané další patro, od nižší historické zástavby v Hartigově ulici dům stoupá směrem k vyšší panelové zástavbě, která s blokem sousedí z jihu. Tvoří tak výškový přechod mezi dvěma odlišnými typy zástavby. Kromě bytů jsou součástí i komunitní terasy na střeše, vhodné třeba pro pěstování, s výhledem na Vítkov a směrem k centru.

In the lower part of Žižkov, under the Vítkov hill, in Hartigova Street, there is the last vacant block on which a new apartment building is being built. The block is closed off from Hartigova Street and opens up to the south. This creates an inner block, open on one side, creating a quieter place. Due to the sloping terrain, the individual parts of the building are stepped back in height. An additional storey is added at the end of both wings, and the house rises from the lower historic buildings in Hartigova Street towards the taller prefabricated buildings that border the block from the south. It thus forms a height transition between two different types of development. In addition to the flats, there are also community terraces on the roof, with a view of Vítkov and towards the centre.
