SERENE HOTEL

Abstract

Velká Úpa je součástí obce Pec pod Sněžkou, což je známé svou přírodou a aktivní dovolenou během roku. Velká Úpa má velký ubytovací a rekreační potenciál, proto jsem si zvolil právě tu navrhnout hotel. Mým návrhem bych chtěl přinést další možný potenciál pro rekreaci v přírodě, kde každý člověk najde, co by se mu tam líbilo. Hotel tak nabídne širokou škálu možnosti odpočinku, výlety do kolem stojící krajiny a také wellness. Architektura objektu je stavěna na kombinací balkonu a lodžií s krásnými výhledy. Materiál pro konstrukci je z betonu, fasády jsou řešené pomocí dřeva, kamene a omítky. Střecha je navržena jako plochá po průzkumu změny počasí posledních let, a také průzkumu staveb ze světa.

Velká Úpa is part of the municipality of Pec pod Sněžkou, which is known for its nature and active holidays du ring the year. Velka Úpa has a great accommodation and recreational potential, so I chose this place to design a hotel. With my proposal, I would like to bring another possible potential for recreation in nature, where every person will find what they would like there. The hotel will thus offer a wide range of possibilities for relaxation, excursions into the surrounding countryside and also wellness. The architecture of the building is built on a combination of balconies and loggias with beautiful views. The material for the construction is concrete, the facades are designed using wood, stone and plaster. The roof is designed as fiat after researching the weather changes of the last years, and also researching buildings from the world.
