Abstract

Tři objekty, tři funkce. Areál koření s historickou sýpkou v srdci, nacházející se v cípu území Říčanského nádraží. Mým projektem doplňuji urbanistický návrh o občanskou vybavenost. Historická sýpka byla vyčištěna od přístaveb, které k ní přivedl čas a její dominantu jsem podpořila novými objekty nižšího objemu. Hlavní osa území je zakončena kolmým objektem, kolem kterého vede cesta k podchodu. Řešeným objektem bakalářské práce je třetí objekt, nově vzniklý polyfunkční dům, zakončuje urbanistický celek. Kavárna v západní části poskytuje příjemné místo pro setkávání, zatímco sál ve východní části slouží pro kulturní akce, konference a společenské události.

Three objects, three functions. The spice complex with the historic granary at its heart, located at the tip of the Říčany railway station area. My project complements the urban design with civic amenities. The historic granary has been cleared of the additions that time has brought to it and I have supported its dominance with new buildings of lower volume. The main axis of the area is terminated by a perpendicular building, around which a path leads to the underpass. The object addressed in the bachelor thesis is the third object, a newly built multifunctional house, completing the urban complex. The café in the western part provides a pleasant meeting place, while the hall in the eastern part is used for cultural events, conferences and social events.
