Administrativní budova ve Vršovicích - InoWave Complex

Abstract

Předmětem návrhu je administrativní budova na pozemku v Praze ve Vršovicích. Návrh navazuje na urbanistické řešení studie vypracované na FA ČVUT. Budova má celkem 5 nadzemních a jedno podzemní podlaží. Stavba je navržena do tvaru nepravoúhlého písmene U a je rozdělena na tři hlavní hmoty – krajní ramena U jsou vyšší a jsou spojeny nižším spojovacím krčkem. Krček je v prvním nadzemním podlaží prolomen otevřeným průchodem. V bočních ramenech jsou obchody, showroomy a restaurace. V přízemí jsou v krčku dvě recepce a vstupní haly do nadzemních administrativních částí objektu. Ve druhém až pátém nadzemním podlaží jsou kanceláře. Dispozičně jsou prostory navrženy tak, aby je bylo možné rozdělit do více individuálních celků, dle potřeb budoucích nájemníků. Na fasádě bočních hmot je nepravidelná kompozice oken a meziokenních pilířů. Okna a pilíře se mezi patry střídají. Meziokenní pilíře jsou obloženy obkladem z dřevěných lamel. Fasáda krčku je prosklená. Před prosklením jsou umístěny vertikální stínící lamely.

The subject of the design is an administrative building in Vršovice, Prague. The project is a continuation of the urban study created at FA CTU. The building has a total of 5 above-ground and one underground floor. The building is designed in the shape of a non-rectangular letter U and is divided into three main masses – the sides are higher and are connected by a lower part in the middle. In the middle part is an open passage on the first ground floor. In the side parts there are shops, showrooms and a restaurant. There are offices on the second to fifth floors above ground. In terms of layout, the premises are designed in such a way that they can be divided into several individual units, according to the needs of future tenants. There is an irregular composition of windows and pillars between the windows on the facade of the side parts of the building. Windows and pillars alternate between floors. The pillars between the windows are lined with cladding made of wooden slats. The facade of the middle part is glazed. Vertical shading slats are placed in front of the glazing.
