RADNICE NA KUBÁNSKÉM NÁMĚSTÍ

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh budovy radnice pro městskou část Praha 10 - Vršovice na Kubánském náměstí. V současné době je náměstí především plochou městské zeleně, jíž obklopuje okolní městská zástavba. Konceptem návrhu je umístění radniční budovy, která respektuje okolní zástavbu, vytváří jasný a zřetelný bod, který na sebe váže městotvorné děje a současně dokáže uspokojit potřeby obyvatel při styku s veřejnou správou ve 21.století. Součástí návrhu je také úprava parku navazujícího na prostor před budovou radnice a jeho začlenění do kontextu místa.

The aim of the thesis is the design of the town hall building for the Prague 10 - Vršovice district on Cuban square. Currently, the square is primarily an area of urban greenery surrounded by the surrounding urban development. The concept of the design is the location of the town hall building, which respects the surrounding buildings, creates a clear and distinct point that binds the city-shaping events and at the same time is able to satisfy the needs of residents in dealing with public administration in the 21st century. The proposal also includes the modification of the park adjacent to the area in front of the town hall building and its integration into the context of the site.
