Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a analýzou architektonického a konstrukčního řešení multifunkčního objektu atypické typologie, nacházejícího se nad kolejištěm u hlavního nádraží v Praze. Architektonický koncept integruje pracovní a rekreační prostory do jednotného celku, čímž reaguje na rostoucí trend bleisure cestování, kde pracovní cesty jsou kombinovány s rekreačními aktivitami. Design objektu zdůrazňuje rovnováhu mezi pracovním a osobním životem, osobní rozvoj, flexibilitu a zdravý životní styl. Tento přístup nejen že vytváří funkční a esteticky příjemné prostředí, ale také podporuje vytváření stabilní komunity uživatelů a návštěvníků. Práce se rovněž zabývá analýzou současných statistik a trendů v oblasti bleisure cestování, které potvrzují rostoucí poptávku po prostorách umožňujících kombinaci práce a odpočinku. Tato zjištění jsou aplikována na návrh funkčního a provozního uspořádání celku a interiéru, čímž je dosaženo příjemného a inspirativního prostředí pro uživatele.

This work focuses on the design and analysis of the architectural and structural solution for a multifunctional building of atypical typology, located above the railway tracks at the main station in Prague. The architectural concept integrates work and recreational spaces into a unified whole, responding to the growing trend of bleisure travel, where business trips are combined with leisure activities. The design of the building emphasizes the balance between work and personal life, personal development, flexibility, and a healthy lifestyle. This approach not only creates a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment but also supports the formation of a stable community of users and visitors. The thesis also analyzes current statistics and trends in the field of bleisure travel, confirming the increasing demand for spaces that allow the combination of work and relaxation. These findings are applied to the design of the functional and operational layout of the complex and its interior, achieving a pleasant and inspiring environment for users.
