MRAKODRAP DO SINGAPURU

Abstract

Singapurský Central Business District je v současnosti místem s více než 100 mrakodrapy. Na křižovatce ulic Marina Boulevard a Bayfront Avenue je navržena nová, 245m vysoká budova, dotvářející zdejší panorama. Osmipodlažní podnož s nákupním centrem je protínána hotelovou věží, na kterou od vyšších podlaží navazují luxusní apartmány s velkolepými výhledy na město. Ozeleněné plochy slouží hotelovým hostům k relaxu a zábavě. Fasáda je tvořena sítí hexago-nů, které zajišťují stínění slunci nejvíce exponovaných fasád a brání tak přehřívání mrakodra-pu.

There are over 100 skyscrapers in Singapore‘s Central Business District. The new, 245 metres tall building is designed at the crossroads of the Marina Boulevard and Bayfront Avenue, completing the city skyline. The 8 storey base with the shopping mall is intersected by the tower with the hotel and luxurious apartments on top, offering panoramic views of the city. The areas with the greenery and swimming pools are intended for the hotel guests only. The facade is formed by the system of hexagons, which helps with shading and prevents overheating of the structure.
