Z důvodu značného rozvoje bezpilotních systémů v posledních letech roste adekvátně i snaha o regulaci jejich provozu, primárně z důvodu bezpečnosti. Vzdělávací místa by vytvořila geozóny vymezené pomocí ochranných sítí. Due to the significant development of unmanned aerial systems in recent years, the effort to regulate their operation is also growing adequately, primarily for reasons of safety. Related to this is the idea of creating safe educational places, representing areas that would facilitate awareness and education in the field of unmanned aerial systems. The main advantages of establishing such places would be the reduction of requirements for traffic rules in their scope and the possibility of training the skills of remote pilots. This would reduce the accident rate of real operations. Educational places would create geozones defined by protective nets. In these days, there are already commercially available nets for the purpose of unmanned aerial systems, but there is no published uniform procedure for testing these nets and evaluating whether they are eligible for the purpose of the user. The main objective of the work was the design of a universal procedure for testing of the nets that can be used to intercept a propeller-driven unmanned aerial vehicle while flying outside the defined area. First, the mechanical properties of the net were determined, followed by laboratory testing of the effects caused by the collision of the rotating propeller with a defined part of the net. Testing of the catching ability of the net in real conditions was also carried out. The work includes research on the rotors of propeller-driven unmanned aerial vehicle and the possible effects that arise when they encounter with a foreign body. The result of the work is the proposal of a methodology for testing protective nets usable in propeller unmanned aerial vehicle applications and the evaluation of a particular polypropylene net according to this methodology.
