Azylový dům pro matky s dětmi

Abstract

Návrh Azylového domu pro matky s dětmi se nachází na bývalém parkovišti společně s návrhem Domu dětí a mládeže. Reprezentativní pětipatrová stavba Domu dětí je orientována do hlavní ulice Na Valech a kompozičně navazuje na protilehlé panelové stavby. Azylový dům se třemi patry naopak působí skromným a klidným dojmem, vytváří malou přístavbu, která výškově navazuje na okolní zástavbu, respektuje okolní stavby a nevyvolává přílišné kontrasty. Obě stavby mají tvar písmene U, vyplňují ne zcela využitou proluku parkoviště a zachovávají průchod z obou svých stran k části historických hradeb. Komplex staveb je koncipovaný především pro děti a obohacuje Litoměřice o místa sloužící ke střetávání a společenské interakci.

The design of the Asylum Home for Mothers with Children is located in a former car park together with the design of the Youth centre. The representative five-story building of the Youth centre is oriented to the main street of Na Valech and compositionally, it follows the panel buildings opposite. The asylum house with three floors has a modest and calm feel, creating a small addition that connects in height to the surrounding structure, respects the surrounding structures and does not provoke excessive contrasts. Both structures are U-shaped, fill a not-quite-used car park clearing, and maintain a passage from both sides to part of the historic walls. The complex of structures is designed primarily for children and enriches Litomerice with places of conflict and social interaction.
