Peltier cell (hereinafter PC) has undergone technological development since it's discovery by Joan C. Peltier in 1834, and from the point of view of theoretical physics they can be considered completely explored. They are commonly used for low-power cooling (for example car refrigerators) and for temperature control (controlled electronics cooling), ie mostly in low-power applications from the point of view of the power industry. We are currently experiencing enormous pressure to save energy and use waste heat, so the question arises as to whether it would not be possible to dust off the idea of 'energy' use of PC.
