a zpracovatelské techniky.
prezentované v této práci demonstrují vliv fotoinhibice a zvýšení efektivity procesu s narůstající intenzitou promíchávání systému. Tato závislost odpovídá experimenálním datům jiných
autorů.

Nowadays, CFD tools are essential in the design of process apparatuses and many other en gineering equipment in order to get high-quality results. In numerous cases, it is necessary to
extend capabilities of CFD systems with additional models by user-defined functions. Their im plementation and usage in ANSYS Fluent for two cases from process engineering are illustrated
in this work. The first one is the heat transfer in an impinging jet which industrial analogy
is represented by the heat transfer at the bottom of a vessel agitated by an axial impeller. The
tangential velocity component is the important factor which influences the heat transfer characte ristics substantially in such cases. In this work, the methodology of implementing a user-defined
function for the anisotropic turbulent heat flux is described in detail. The influence of lateral heat
conduction in the heat-exchange surface with TOIRT experimental method was investigated by
another user-defined function. Integral correlations for the Nusselt number were evaluated in
consequent numerical simulations of an agitated vessel with a draft tube and compared with
experimental data. The second case presented in this work is the implementation of a user defined function describing the model of „photo-synthetic factory“ (PSF) and influence of the
irradiance distribution on the microalgae growth in a mixed system. The circulation of the
algae culture between places with high and low light irradiance due to a proper hydrodynamic
regime may significantly increase the biomass production. This effect was verified on a model
of two-dimensional square cavity and also on a three-dimensional case of the Couette-Taylor
device. The results presented in this work illustrates the impact of the photoinhibition and the
increase of the process effectivity with the increasing mixing intensity. This dependency is in
accordance with experimental data of other authors
