Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro otevření kavárny v centru Prahy. Práce obsahuje teoretická východiska podnikání, marketingovou a finanční strategii, analýzu trhu, rizik a konkurence. Výsledkem je komplexní podnikatelský plán, který může sloužit pro reálnou realizaci projektu i získání investorů nebo financování.
The aim of the bachelors thesis is to create a business plan for opening a café in the center of Prague. The thesis includes the theoretical foundations of entrepreneurship, marketing and financial strategies, and an analysis of the market, risks, and competition. The outcome is a comprehensive business plan that can serve for the real implementation of the project as well as for attracting investors or securing financing.
