Žižkov - mezi třemi nádražími - středisko sociální intervence

Abstract

Umístění budovy je strategicky vybráno v prostoru mezi třemi nádražími Hlavním nádražím, Masarykovým nádražím a autobusovým nádražím Žižkov. Zasahuje to do citlivého místa podobných lokalit bezdomovci potřebují bezpečné místo k přespání, a navržený rehabilitační centrum nabízí taky možnost si změnit život a postavit se na vlastní nohy za pomoci odborníku a vhodného prostředí. Je to nepodsklepená budova o třech plných patrech a čtvrtým částečným, kde se nacházejí byty na zkoušku jako poslední stupeň před plnohodnotným novým životem. V přízemí jsou vstupní prostory, včetně parkovacích míst pro sanitky, vstupní WC se sprchou, prvotních vyšetřovacích prostorů ordinací a čtyři karanténní/bezbarierovė pokoje. 2NP je společenské najdou se tady kromě několika ordinací taky tělocvična, knihovna a jídelna. Z jídelny je navržen přístup na otevřenou rohovou terasu a do atria uprostřed jihovýchodní části. 3NP je obytné obsazené lůžkovými pokoji a místnostmi pro skupinovou nebo individuální terapii.The location of the building is strategically chosen in the area between three railway stations the Main Railway Station, the Masaryk Railway Station and the Žižkov Bus Station. It is a building without a basement with three full floors and a fourth partial floor, where trial apartments are located as the last stage before a full-fledged new life. On the ground floor there are entrance areas, including parking spaces for ambulances, an entrance toilet with a shower, initial examination areas of the surgeries and four quarantine/barrier-free rooms. The 2nd floor is communal in addition to several surgeries, there is also a gym, library and dining room. From the dining room, access is designed to an open corner terrace and to the atrium in the middle of the southeast part. The 3rd floor is residential - occupied by bedrooms and rooms for group or individual therapy.
