Návrh extrudéru

V této práci jsou popsány procesy vytlačování materiálu včetně strojů a komponent, které jsou k tomu určené. Práce se také zaměřuje na zjednodušený návrh a výpočet nejdůležitějších komponent vytlačovacího stroje, kterým je šnek a vytlačovací hlava. V poslední části práce jsou vyhodnoceny reologické vlastnosti materiálu z naměřených hodnot, které poskytl vytlačovací stroj.

In this thesis extrusion processes including extruders and their components are described. The task of this work also was design and calculation of extruder and its main components like screw and extrusion head. In last chepter rhelogical properties of the TPE are evaluted, which was measured on extruder.
