Porovnání Českých a Švédských předpisů BOZP při výstavbě tunelů

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o bezpečnosti práce v tunelech. Je rozdělena do rešeršní a praktické části. Rešeršní část je zaměřena na popis tunelovacích metod NRTM a D&B, dále popis zákonných předpisů pojednávající o bezpečnosti a ochraně zdraví při práci u činností prováděných hornickým způsobem v České republice a ve Švédském království. Praktická část diplomové práce pojednává o shodách a rozdílech zákonných předpisů obou zemí a v neposlední řadě je zde porovnání praxe při výstavbě tunelů obou zemí.This thesis is focused on health and safety in tunnels. This thesis is divided in two main parts, a theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the tunneling methods NATM and D&B, furthermore, the main laws and standards about underground construction work of Czech republic and Sweden are included. The practical part of this thesis introduces the similarities and differences of the main laws and standards of both countries. Last but not least, there is a comparison of practice in tunnels in both countries.
