Tvorba standardizovaného kalkulačního vzorce v malém průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce, nazvané Tvorba standardizovaného kalkulačního vzorce v malém průmyslovém podniku, je zabývat se kalkulacemi v podniku Brispol a.s. Dále mezi mé úkoly patří navrhnout formální stránku vnitropodnikové směrnice, vypočítat vybrané ukazatele a vysvětlit výpočty v MS Excel. V první, teoretické části práce, se zabývám náklady, informacemi o analýze bodu zvratu, bezpečnostní marží, výpočty citlivostí, odchylkami nákladů a na závěr kalkulacemi, jejich druhy a metody. Následuje představení podniku Brispol a.s., kde uvádím základní informace a SWOT analýzu. V praktické části představuji návrh kalkulačního vzorce, počítám zadané ukazatele s grafickým doprovodem, navrhuji metodiku kalkulace a ukazuji návrh formální stránky vnitropodnikové směrnice.The main aim of this bachelor thesis, entitled Creation of a Standardized Costing Formula in a Small Industrial Enterprise, is to deal with the calculations in Brispol a.s. Further, my tasks include designing a formal aspect of the internal directive, calculating selected indicators, and explaining calculations in MS Excel. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis, I deal with costs, break even point analysis, safety margins, sensitivity calculations, cost deviations and, finally, calculations, their types and methods. The following is a presentation of Brispol a.s., where I present basic information and SWOT analysis. In the practical part, I present the design of the calculation formula, I calculate the assigned indicators with graphic accompaniment, propose the calculation methodology and propose the design of the formal aspect of the internal directive.
