Výdejní schránky pro internetový obchod a jejich napojení na interní informační systém

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám výdejními schránkami pro internetový obchod. Pro schránky zpracovávám technickou specifikaci a popis procesu vyzvednutí objednávky zákazníkem pomocí DEMO notace. V projektové dokumentaci představím různé druhy schránek a popis jejich přihrádek. Ekonomické ukazatele a výnosnost projektu nastíní studie proveditelnosti. Navrhnu a naprogramuji aplikaci pro zákazníky a dopravce, která umožní velmi jednoduše a bezpečně vkládat a vyzvedávat jednotlivé balíky k objednávkám z internetového obchodu. V návrhu počítám i s možností, že schránky nemusí být neustále připojeny k internetu. Pro automatické fungování aplikace navrhnu a implementuji synchronizační službu. V závěru práce představím, jakým způsobem probíhalo testování aplikace i synchronizační služby. Případný budoucí cíl může být umožnění platby kartou ve schránce.For this master thesis, my aim is self-service dispensers for an online store. I deal with a technical specification and a description of the process of picking customer orders using DEMO notation. I introduce the difference of types of dispensers and I describe their shelves in the project documentation. I outline economic indicators and profitability of the project feasibility study. The main what I show and discuss decision and creation of an application for customers and carriers which allows easily and safely insert and retrieve order packages from the online store. The concept of the dispensers also allows to operate without an online connection to the Internet. I design and implement a synchronization service for automatic operation. In conclusion, I introduce how I tested the application and the synchronization service. One possible future goal may be an implementation of card payments.
