Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom domu v nezastavanej prieluke v historickom centre Prahy, v ulici Na Perštýně. Riešené je charakteristické stretom dvoch rozdielnych urbanistických štruktúr organickej historickej zástavby Starého Mesta a racionálnej blokovej zástavby Nového Mesta z 19. storočia. Hlavným cieľom návrhu je citlivé doplnenie prieluky a obnova urbanistického poriadku pri rešpektovaní historického kontextu lokality. Koncept pracuje s motívom škáry ako aktívneho architektonického prvku sprostredkujúceho dialóg medzi jednotlivými časovými vrstvami mesta. Hmotové riešenie je rozdelené na dva samostatné objekty, ktoré reagujú na mierku, tektoniku a charakter susednej zástavby.The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a house in an undeveloped gap in the historical center of Prague, on Na Perštýně Street. The solution is characterized by the clash of two different urban structures - the organic historical development of the Old Town and the rational block development of the New Town from the 19th century. The main goal of the design is to sensitively complete the gap and restore urban order while respecting the historical context of the location. The concept works with the motif of the "joint" as an active architectural element mediating a dialogue between the individual temporal layers of the city. The material solution is divided into two separate objects that respond to the scale, tectonics and character of the neighboring development.
