Návrh ohříváku vody v kotli pro spalování biomasy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem tepelných výměníků do parního kotle spalujícího biomasu. V první části práce je obecné pojednání o biomase a kotlích. V druhé části je samotný výpočet dvou variant řazení výměníků. V první variantě je zahrnut výpočet ekonomizéru, z něhož odcházejí spaliny pryč z kotle do atmosféry. V druhé variantě je navržena sestava ekonomizéru s ohřívákem vzduchu.This bachelor thesis deals with the design of heat exchangers in steam boiler, that combusts biomass. In the first part of this thesis is general treatise about biomass and boilers. In the second part is calculation of two versions of heat exchangers set up. The first version includes calculation of an economizer, from which the flue gas goes to the atmosphere. In the second version an economizer is designed, and air heater is placed behind it.
