Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je řízení zakázek ve stavební firmě. Teoretická část obecně popisuje některé části projektového řízení, zejména přípravu dodavatele staveb a popis tvorby časových plánů. Ve druhé části diplomové práce je uvedena stručná charakteristika projektu a proces řízení na konkrétní zakázce. Důraz je kladen hlavně na řízení poddodavatelů a tvorbu časových plánů. V závěru práce jsou rozepsány návrhy na zlepšení přípravy a průběhu realizace stavby. The theoretical part generally describes some parts of the project management, especially the preparation of the building contractor and the description of the creation of time plans. In the second part of the thesis there is a brief description of the project and the process of management on a specific contract. Emphasis is placed on subcontractors management and scheduling. At the end of the thesis are described proposals for improvement of preparation and realization of construction. The aim of the thesis is to improve the established systems of construction contract management in a construction company
